The hotel staff is not friendly enough for this class of the hotel. They are not keen to help you to move your luggages out of/into taxi.

The concierge cannot speak english, so it was very hard to get a useful tourist information. The location was not the best. It was far from tourist places. The hotel itself is beautiful.

The location is a bit far from everything but fortunately with the free bus service to the Ferry Terminal, it does ease our travel a lot. The rooms are big and equiped with all the necessisity, the best part is the supermarket just cross the street. I would highly recommended this hotel to those who is not in rush of time.

The receptionists are polite n helpful. The bellboy also giving good services to hotel guests. The only regret is the room rate is high, i have paid Hk800 + Hk114 breakfast for two.

The service at this hotel was excellent; however the shower did not work. But given the price taking a bath instead was no great hardship.
